The "Integrated Report" is designed to explain Brother's medium- to long-term value creation by integrating financial and non-financial information and to communicate a story of sustainable value creation unique to Brother to as many stakeholders as possible in an easy-to-understand manner.

In FY2024, we further expanded the information we disclose, including the following contents.

・Round table with the Senior Managing Executive Officer in charge of the Human Resources Dept. and General Managers on the achievements and challenges of activities aimed at "encouraging employees to take on challenges" and "improving employee engagement" set forth in the medium-term business strategy "CS B2024"
・"Challenges" and "measures" as well as "progress" listed in the sections "Medium-term Business Strategy 'CS B2024'" and "Materiality"
・"Strengths," "challenges," "opportunities," and "risks" of each business listed in the section "Business Strategy"

In editing the report, we referred to METI's "Guidance for Integrated Corporate Disclosure and Company-Investor Dialogues for Collaborative Value Creation" and the IFRS Foundation's "Integrated Reporting Framework."
